The editor

The desk of RiseHush

RiseHush is made by RiseHush Studio, founded by Mourad Hamdi — a small independent studio, and deliberately so. He is the named editor for the quote library and Research Journal. One desk, one standard: nothing ships that has not been read, checked, and set with care.

What this desk curates

The quote library itself — every line verified against a primary source before it appears in the app or on this site. The Research Journal — long-form articles whose claims link to the original papers or official guidance, with study design, sample, effect, and limits kept together. And the typography: quotes are typeset, not pasted.

We claim no academic titles and wear no borrowed authority. The credential offered here is the method itself, published in full atHow we verify every word — and the standing invitation to correct us at support@risehush.com.

How an article passes the desk

The editor begins with a question, not a keyword quota. Candidate claims are traced to the paper, DOI, or official record; numbers are checked in context; association and causation are kept distinct; and a useful limitation is printed rather than edited away. A final pass checks the title against what the evidence can actually support, follows every reference link, and reads the piece without its search terms to make sure it still earns a human reader's time.

Interactive Journal exercises are local browser tools, not assessments or treatments. They are included only when they faithfully translate a practice used in the cited research, and the page says what remains on the device.

Why an editor at all

Quote apps mostly aggregate; aggregation is how misattributions spread. RiseHush is edited instead — smaller library, slower additions, every entry carrying its source. The Journal's essay on the weight of attribution explains what that costs and why it is worth paying.

Limits, independence, and corrections

RiseHush has no medical or academic institution behind its editorial voice and does not present inspiration as clinical advice. Product links are identified as RiseHush links; Journal conclusions are not sold to sponsors, and no advertiser approves the copy. If a source, number, or interpretation is wrong, email the corrections address above. Verified errors are fixed, and material changes are noted on the article.
